Begins Trading September 3, 2013

MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ring Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: RNGE) (“Ring”)(“Company”) announced today that effective Tuesday, September 3, 2013, its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE MKT Exchange under the symbol “REI”. Ring’s common stock, currently trading on the OTCQB under the symbol “RNGE”, will cease trading on the OTCQB effective with the date of listing on the NYSE MKT Exchange.
