NOTE 14 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company is leasing office space from Arenaco, LLC, a company that is owned by two stockholders’ of the Company, Mr. Rochford, former Chairman of the Board of the Company, and Mr. McCabe, a former Director of the Company. During the years ended December 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018, the Company paid $60,000, $60,000 and $60,000, respectively, to this company. |
